1. Visit statistics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it is visited. In doing so, cookies may be stored in your browser.

• Information collected: pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate region, and how you arrived
• We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details.
• Purpose: understanding visits so we can offer better educational content
• How to opt out: block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site works normally with cookies blocked.

2. When you contact us

Names and contact details you send by email, phone or our enquiry form (Google Forms) are used only to reply to you and arrange consultations. They are not used for any other purpose or shared with others.

3. 3S Practice Room

• What you enter is used only to generate AI feedback and is not stored.
• Your result PDF is created on your own device (computer or phone); it is not sent to or stored on a server.
• Only cases you agree to share for improving the method are kept separately, anonymized with names and school names removed.

4. Newsletter (email)

• What we collect: your email address (optional — every feature works without signing up)
• Purpose: sending the PLUSZONE character education newsletter
• Retention: one year from sign-up, then deleted. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so without delay.
• Where it is kept: the 3S Practice Room app database
• It is not used for any other purpose or shared with others.
